I live in a coastal town within an hour of two out of Sydney. We have a No Fishing Zone that houses a family of grey nurse sharks. The honest truth is that most of the fishermen, spearfishermen and foragers who break the rules are city travellers (particularly Asians), who deliberately break the rules and undoubtedly leave their rubbish behind. We need to honestly address this... I'm not sure if they think they can use the race card against potential punishment? But this is the obvious truth around different parts of Australia.
