Quite a laughable demo with puny weights. You should have used someone who would have handed 20kilo dumbbells each side to display stability of the stands. Who’s gonna need stands for these puny feather light dumb bells 😂
Very large and so few popular movements or real range exercises

Il sistema di regolazione dei bracci isolaterali sembra molto fragile..quando si arriva a cedimento non sempre si controlla la fase eccentrica. A parte questo bel macchinario nei principi

On a similar machine , switched to single arm , rotated slightly and braced holding the machine with the the other hand.Also used cuffs to to avoid wrist loading up the elbow joint . I think alignment is key on this machine, not all shoulder anatomy is the same

Fascinating bit of kit, just laser focusses all the load to the quads... nice.

pulluover works too?
@wereqryanАй бұрын
I think this minimizes elbow flexion thereby causing less tricep recruitment. Looks better than the typical pullover because of freedom of the handle movement. I just have one question: why did you guys choose against the inclusion of elbow pads on your pullover machine like the typical pullovers we see from other manufacturers?

cool machine... I'm not a pro (maybe you find one in the gym you can ask) but I would recommend not to go below 90° with your knee joint..✌
@JustBrowsing-c8t2 ай бұрын
Going below 90 degrees is great for muscle growth, as you get a good stretch. No issue going as deep as possible, given that the eccentric portion is controlled.
@joelscb2 ай бұрын
Lol it’s 2024 and you still believe that shit? 😂
@Paasy2 ай бұрын
@@JustBrowsing-c8t I agree on that. Science has shown that stretch is very important to stimulate muscle growth. So ass to the grass is advised. I on the other hand would not stretch my legs out completly though. That has 2 reasons. 1. You put tension off your muscles mid-set, which is not optimal 2. You put tension on your joints, which can have bad influence on your joint health in your later years
@JustBrowsing-c8t2 ай бұрын
@@Paasy I can see how knee issues may arise with deep squats over a long period of time, especially with heavy load. I think moderate loading could be a good compromise, combined with isolation exercises maybe.
@Paasy2 ай бұрын
@@JustBrowsing-c8t Im totally with you, the less weight the less you can break. But at some point you want to increase the weight if your muscles can handle with proper technique. So why not start with a good technique and build good habits / a good foundation, thats in my opinion the best thing you can do if you are still on the lower weights.
