Mother didn't go after the croc because her primary instinct was to protect her baby. Most wildlife baby fatalities occur when baby is separated from mother.

The mugger did not attack the baby elephant at any point. The mother noticed it as it surfaced at a distance and went into defensive mode. Video is interesting but the title is totally misleading.
