I keep thinking that wing root pins are vertical and wing tube spar flexes making a hole in the Aluminium tube oval. That seems to be ok. by that way but I dont like it.

What was that, that you used on the section between the cowling and the windshield to texture it? I just picked up a Raven (KF 2/3) and I need to finish the cockpit and FWF.

Am I wrong but seams the Pitot probe is missing the mounting screws securing it to the mast?

Nice catch! That is a Dynon Pitot tube and mast the instructions don't show to drill any holes, but I have noticed many others that do have a couple of screws drilled in. Without instructions on where to drill the holes I didn't want to hit the tubes inside. This is airspeed and angle of attack. It fits very tightly. If you have the details please share.

is the biggest rpm number of the propeller and the smaller of the crank?

Propeller is spinning slower than the Engine RPM.

How long did it take to build?

Right about 3 years and it was on and off. I just tried to touch it everyday even if it was just for 10 mins. There was a period of time I probably didn't do anything for about 6 months.
