Hello , you can put a drop of oil in each tiny hole that’s on the top of your machine. Moving parts should be lubricated

Hi ilhaam. At times it could be that your tension is too loose or your machine timing. Best would be to get someone to assist you in person as it’s difficult to troubleshoot on the phone
