In the old days flow control was turn off every other nozzle or change the valve inside the each nozzle......Tech is great.

My Father was a Cropduster in Dimmitt Tx from 1975 to 2001. He Owned Dimmitt Aerial Spray. He flew everything. Right Before Retirement he worked for Hal Weatherly. He was selling planes and making some changes to the plane. One was the step up to the wing. Hal hated it and called it an old man step but most everyone else loved it. He started taking orders for different colors which also Hal didn't like but it sold planes. One of the best was a green and blue order. My dad finally retired and left it to the younger people. He sprayed with everything from Cubs, Pawnee, Ag-cat, Air Tractors radial and turbo, Thrush and the huge Dromairde. I love your videos.... Takes me way back to my younger years working in the ag industry.

Did you go to a crop dusting school? I worked for Ag Flight Inc. in Bainbridge, Ga back in the early 90's. They did ag pilot training and also ran a crop dusting service. I loaded planes and did a lot of airplane maintenance. Enjoyed the work. We did everything; engine work, brakes, tires, completely restored airplanes fabric and metal skinned. We worked under their A & P mechanic. You started in the Super Cubs, then to the Pawnee's, then the Ag Wagon, then the Ag Cat and finally the Air Tractor 301. Actually got to meet Leyland Snow who started Air Tractor.

@@FER11981 I’m not sure where the company is now. It was originally in So CA and moved to Lincoln CA in approx 1990 and then was purchased by Gary B around 2000 and moved sites and re started production at McClellan airfield near Sacramento for a couple years. Since then I believe it has moved out of state to either Nevada or Arizona. I do know of a Gloria that stayed with the company for several years after that and worked as a parts salesperson. However I have not made contact with her in about 5 years now and do not know where she is now. I will try to contact her somehow because she will know.
