Nothing wrong with locking out under control unless you have a medical condition that gives you hypermobile joints. For anyone interested in muscle growth, not locking out increases TUT but lowers volume - You won't be able to perform as many reps - and volume is a bigger contributor to hypertrophy.

I feel like I set my PF hydro rower to 16 out of 16 and it doesn't increase the tension at all, very frustrating. Still fun to row though.

I use this circuit every time I go to PF but only the machines. I go late at night so nobody is monitoring the area lol. I am glad you made this video so I can see how you use the platforms as well

I keep eyeballing this machine. I use the hydromassage lounge chairs after each workout. Maybe I will try this since I'm also a skincare junkie lol

Squats with the bar on the front of your shoulder gives the front sweep to the thigh

The thing that confuses me most is the angle. My PF has the same model of Smith Machine as you're demonstrating on, but when it comes to chest press/incline press, I thought I should be facing inward looking toward the far side so the angle is up and away from my chest like / . When I'm doing dumbell bench press, I'm moving the dumbells slightly lower on my chest as I raise them as I extend my arms, I thought I would mimic that motion on the Smith machine. Sitting the other way feels really weird and unnatural to me.

Don't forget you can use the adjustable safety stops instead of the hooks when doing exercises such as bent-over rows, upright rows, shrugs, and dead-lifts to name a few. It's easier to just set the weight down than it is to rotate the bar to engage the hooks, especially if you're tired or if you have to put the weight down quickly.

I'm going to start going to the gym next week, and your videos have been extremely helpful for me overcoming my anxiety. I have a question: I want to focus more on cardio with full-body strength training mixed in. Have you talked about what an example regiment would look like for a week? I'm thinking 2-3 days per week to start, and increasing to 4-5 once I feel more comfortable.
