@@funwithyoutubeee3164 yes, inhale on the easier part of the exercise and exhale on the hard part. For this video I exhale as I pull my body and inhale as I let my arms extend back to the starting position

@@goodfunpage5585 I’m so sorry this has been so debilitating for you. Are you doing strengthening exercises in PT? I usually do a lot of two legged strengthening exercises like squeezing a ball between the knees, squats if they feel ok, things like that. Also, have you tried a support belt like the serola SI belt? That can also help.

I'll make a video on this soon. A lot of my patients with rectocele or prolapse actually feel better once they stop doing kegels and focus on stretching exercises. It seems very counterintuitive, I know!

Yes if you have HEDS this could definitely be the cause because you have overall less stability, that's just the way your body is =( Strength training is likely going to be the best thing for you.
