I love Jade, she is my second favrote charachter in homestuck next to the sipiderbich herself. And in my mind this song perfectly encapsulates why. It's Intensely optimistic without loseing any badasses, just like jade. Despite all the bad shit happening around her she never gives up and chooses to stay optimistic. Hell I think the only time she ever losses her composure fully in the entire webcomic is with Jadesprite (not counting grimbark jade becuse of mind control) Hell, In collide she didn't try to fight Jack or PM. She wanted them to stop fighting. Implying she didn't want to kill the person who fucked over thier entier session, killed all of her freinds at least once, and Destroyed thier entire universe. I love vriska becuse oh how complex and nuaunsed she is. But I love jade for the exact opposite reason. She is a simple, good harted charachter who stays strong no matter what.
