11:23 This video is genuinely helpful and inspiring! Understanding why we resist change and how to make it stick has given me clearer insights into human psychology. The breakdown of beliefs, identity, and “cognitive dissonance” highlights the crucial role mindset plays in achieving lasting transformation. Thank you for sharing such an in-depth and practical perspective-this content has truly boosted my confidence and motivation to embrace change.

As always , great motivation! Thanks 😊 just one thing : Would it be possible to remove the swooshing sound effects for the podcast audio version? It’s distracting.

That in this world everyone including doctors are justifying that it is a disorder and you are the only person I have seen on this platform who is really so much positive about it.. Hey Rob, This is so timely. Tomorrow, the second Friday in January is known as quitters day, where most people who start New Years resolutions have quit. But not me by a long shot. It really helps me get the day started in a positive direction with your daily message. Keep it coming. Thank you!

Positive thinking is all the time..... Stop! And teach your brain to think positive for 21 days and then it gets registered in your subconscious mind. And eventually you become a 'Positive Diva'. Remember! Positive thinking is all the time.

I think that while we should let go of anything which is a result of past trauma, that can only happen if we actually acknowledge on our trauma, work on resolving issues related to it, and get the help we require. I read Pete Walker's "The Tao of Fully Feeling" and it is a great book on addressing how "letting go" before healing is actually counterproductive. We can "let go" for our sake only after we express those feelings and address that our feelings are justified.
