I have tried to explain estimates up to many people that tightly cool hair that goes from From 10 inches down to 2 inches means your hair is tightly cold and it is prone to break it try combing through that tightly cooled hairit's not easywhen you give your haira silk press and loosen up the curls not a lot what a little bityou do find it much easier to maintain your length your conditioner penetrate much easier you calm through is much easier you lose less hair I'm not saying add heat damage but I'm saying just loosen your curl pattern just a little and you will see a difference Even in your twist outs

Great and informative video. Could you share the temp setting that you use, please? I have your hair type and set my flat iron to 390. I feel I need a higher temp, but I am unsure how high to go. Also, when I've gone higher, while using heat protectors, my hair would smell, so I've stayed at 390. Thanks for sharing!

This is soooo true for me as well. I have seen so much growth since I started blow drying my hair and wearing blownout styles. My coils still coil with every wash! I tried the wash and go lifestyle and my hair suffers every time. The tangling and single strain knots are horrible! So glad I can safely use heat and my hair still flourish! 💕
