I normally do this with my Keqing, Baizhu, Nahida, Furina (or Xingqiu, for the damage reduction). It seems like a lot, but all you need to do is know when to dodge.

These fights felt like a cheap Zhongli check! I managed to beat them with Xingqiu Bennet Xiangling Keqing. Even so whenever I didn't have the rainswords up I'd just get one shot. Also abusing Keqing Iframes is a must.

I haven't seen anyone post anything about this insane team so i'll share the sauce here, keqing quickbloom exept you go 2pc guilded 2pc wanderers on nahida for max em should get over 1k easiy your hydro character should be on 4pc deepwood memories (xingqui is ideal), keqing on em sands, this way you get around 700 em on keqing during nahida's burst so the hyperblooms end up doing massive damage, its such a huge improvement from aggravate it feels like cheating.

People doesn't realize how good of a weapon Omelette's bis catalyst actually is. While I do agree that that hp craftable thing is also good even for dps, the gap between the 2 is just very noticeable unlike other characters who can have 4 star weapon and have only a slight damage increase when getting their bis. But with him it literally doubled his damage after I got his bis weapon.
