Good video. Couple of things I noticed: 1. It's easier to trim the excess before blind baking, with no ill-effects. And the pastry is not waste, and can be reused, for decorations, some other pie if there's enough, etc 2. You should refrigerate before blind baking once they pastry is in the shells and trimmed. This relaxes it better than room temp. 3. I think you over floured the pastry, both when rolling it and when using the rolled up bit of pastry to push them into the tins 4. You can push the pastry into the tins with the greaseproof paper, avoiding the need for more flour and gets the paper shaped with the pastry better ready for the weights

I never get tired of watching these videos of the Jets the buses and I say this because my daughter's a flight attendant and I'm going to where I want to in time I want to but I just don't care to but I love to watch it I don't like flying I have issues with flying I truly do mine is claustrophobic you talk about somebody having a meltdown on plane you don't want me on a plane.

The sound of any quad spooling up is pure pleasure on the ears. My personal favourite is the RB-211, such a shame they're few and far between these days.

Yh most aircrafts like the 767-57-87 and airbus a320-30-50 and the king a380 the RR RB211 or Trent 700s sometimes p&w. My personal favourite is the GE CF6 80-c2 bc the start up just sounds so beautiful n when they scream down the runway

I've ridden plenty of 757's in the 90's, they're real pocket rockets, another interesting one was the MD-11, they would rocket down the runway on take off, you could really feel the power. Still can't beat a 747-400 though, that'll always be my favourite, if only I knew at the time that this was more than likely the last time I'd get to ride in a -400 😞

It's a versatile sweet sauce, I use it on my sticky toffee pudding, it makes for a great base for banoffee pie, replacement for caramel etc.
