idk who needs to hear this, but if you have literally any other isp option, go with them. vyve is easily the worst isp I have ever used.

Define fast please. I have Vyve and despite paying for the gig download my download has been sitting around 300 down and 0.03 upload. I better buckle up because that is so fast? I bet I could upload to KZbin 2 times a year at that blinding speed.

I'm actually trying to contact you about becoming a vendor. But your reviews here on YT suck. Not sure if I want you as a customer. Bad reviews happen, but to ignore them is another thing.

You can't even support docis 3.1 in my area and it's been out for years. You're lucky you're the only ISP I can have at the moment or I would have swapped years ago. I currently hold 2 accounts and have had over 60 service calls. Pathetic excuse for an ISP.
