Thanks so much for this, i heard they sell steel/iron rod that are bend already and you dont need to buy and then call people to bend them, how true is that? How good are the already made one?
@Gigo16 сағат бұрын
Hmm I know about that in the west but even with that you have to give the measurements to the retailer so His team ( steel benders) can do it for you ...I won't advise you to buy that because every project is different and has a specific dimensions and measurements it has to be bend according to your Structure drawing so you need it to be done on site. The only positive from this channel is Mr Kwetey. Very supportive and understanding. The rest of the team is trash. Total trash. They can't lay blocks correctly. They're slow to respond. Delayed my project till my blocks got stolen. I was practically teaching the guys how to mix for pillar casting after they casted trash for the first 8 pillars. Building is a lifetime investment don't let these quacks waste your money.

I feel like you people only do these works on video and can't actually do this in reality. I contracted you guys to build my house and I received the worst masonry ever. Crooked blocks. Over heaped mortar. Terrible pillars. How can you cast pillars with more sand than cement?? And the worst was Mr Sammy. Never takes advice. Wanted to give me a drop down beam at the center of my living room in 2024. He was adviced to use secret beams since the span is just about 18-19 foot apart. He said he doesn't know how to implement secret beam. Has no idea about cantilevers.

Challenging project. Its not easy building in steep areas. I always wanted to build on a hill but the costs involved always brought me back to reality or flat ground😂😂. You are doing well, it's nice to follow your evolution from the very first video that i saw, where they stole the iron rods from your first project to building on hills...well done brother.
@Gigo4 күн бұрын
Thanks KroneMoz , you've been with Us from Day 1 really appreciate You , Building on a Hill Can be Expensive but You can do it if you take it slowly and do it step by step no rush and don't be in a hurry.....you already have a beautiful house on a flat land so you can build a simple structure on a hills for the family ( Get away Holiday House ) I believe in You ,You Can Do It 💪🏾

@gigo this is the waste of money I always talk about why spend money to build a wall and then knock it down, they could have just built the stores onto the wall barrier to even make it more spacious, now after they knock off the wall theu cannot use that space left between the wall and the building is a waste. This is why its best to preplan so that you get to cut costs of correction and stress that comes with it and it will save you some money rather than building a fence wall, it could have been used to build part of the building instead.

You are very right about the materials, they are not building with the right mix and materials and even if you buy lot of materials they don't use it but keep it for themselves and use less. Also the blocks they make are of poor quality these day's and its a shame.

Why aren't you guys leveraging premix concrete companies for your concrete works such as the foundation pour? You give the company your spec and when you're ready the premix company delivers your concrete to site one time and bingo?
@Gigo16 күн бұрын
Good question....They have their own measurement they deliver and sometimes there will be extra concrete leftover and they don't take it back ...they will pour it on your site ( land) which will cost you another labour cost to clean....they don't accept our measurement.....
@kontomylitis16 күн бұрын
@@Gigo thanks
@Gigo16 күн бұрын
@kontomylitis but if your foundation or Decking ( concrete work ) is big enough or if you can combine it with another concrete work which has to be done on site for example..Fence wall foundation or Septic tank then its the best choice
