Hi! I live in Rolling Meadows and have two kids. Libraries are the best place for kids! Glenview, Wheeling, Arlington Heights, Barrington have nice play areas. Kohl's children's museum. Splash pads are great on hot days! There's Little Bear Park in Glenview. There's so many amazing playgrounds in the suburbs! Hope that helps 😄 I'll try and check out your hubbies restaurant one of these days!

I have a 2 year old. Screaming, tantrums, meltdowns are all normal. Try to focus on Aiden rather than others when these things happen. I find if I focus only on my child then I feel empathy for him rather than anxiety or anger because of other people’s reactions. How hard it is for these little humans who can’t communicate their needs and wants! Remember that this too shall pass.

Aiden is absolutely adorable and I think he looks like both you and Dong. I love that he is getting such a wide range of foods. That’s how my mom was with us and there’s not much we do t like because she introduced us to so many foods early on!❤😊
