I've always struggled with traditional sit-ups, but this Dead Bug variation is so much more effective and less stressful on my back. Great alternative.

I've been incorporating the Dead Bug into my routine and it's helped me stabilize my lower back so much. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve core stability.

This Dead Bug series is a game changer for core strength. I can really feel the activation in my abs and pelvic floor. Thanks for sharing this technique.

I’m waiting for my 7 7 5 to arrive. I can’t wait! I built a gym when Covid hit, looks like it’s going to pay off again with H5N1 on the horizon this winter 2025. Thank you for this awesome workout.

Fantastic! I bought the 775 with the disks. It’s a great addition to my pandemic gym seeing as H5N1 is on the horizon. Patient zero, last time I heard was in critical condition in Canada. Good luck

😀⚕😀 Thanks for this marvelous mobility workout exercise routine. I plan to soon adopt variations and segments of this workout into my daily exercise routines, so thank you! What is the height of the one stick featured in this mobility workout video? 6' or 7'? I'm trying to determine the best stick height to get and the stick height in the video seems perfect height for that instructor! What is the height of the competent and helpful instructor? Thanks! I realized because I am 6', and given that some of these raised hand mobility exercises required a stick at that height, I will go for the 7-foot mobility stick. Thanks for this great exercise workout. You presented advanced movements in a very clear way! What is the great and helpful instructor's name here?

Isn’t the second move putting a lot of strain on the neck ? Which can go against the whole purpose of the excercise

Damn, I remember taking his course and it happened exactly like he said. I'll never forget when he said "I need you to have an open mind right now and erase everything you think you know." Then he blew my mind with the philosophy of functional training, open "link" rather than close and open chain, etc. My favorite was when he talked about a football player who couldn't bench or squat as much as anyone but on the field was the strongest player. He goes on to ask the player what he did in the off season, and he says in a hillbilly accent "I bail hay" lol! Bravo Mike. You changed my life and I went on to become a chiropractor

you explain things in a way that makes sense and easy to understand, and thus because the learning is easy, it gives a person the first step/knowledge, that leads to power, that leads to the motivation to change THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
