This first prayer of the day leads me to ask myself, "Am I serious about bringing beauty into my life?" Then I look around internally and externally and see what I can do today. It's so helpful to have your audio guidance in addition to the prayer book! All love and gratitude 🙏 ❤

Dear Gita, I am so very very grateful for this exercise during the holiday weeks! Even if we are not very busy, there is an intense energy outside, when we go out and about, everyone is rushing, it is crowded, and some are frustrated! It is a blessing to have this protection and renewal!! I wish to only share love, and this is very helpful to reset! Gratitude and love!🙏
