Enjoyed this Soooooo much - discovering the history and depth of Tressa that I never knew. What a woman! What an artist! As Wilder said, "not grief but gratitude". Ahhhh so!

I really enjoyed watching this. Leslie's work speaks to me very strongly - the contrasts - those weights and shapes and textures expressing different aspects of existence in relationship. I love so much the combination of the translucent delicate crochet and the big metal heaviness, and the combination of the plastic monofilament with the silk! I love these artworks because they express qualities of reality, helping me to be with reality. It felt like an "ahh" moment, or an "aha". Like, "oh, thank goodness this has been put into an artwork, a form". I'm really happy to see this work!

I attend a workshop with Eun-Kyung Suh at the Textile Center in early 2020. The class explored Bojagi and she is an inspiring artist and teacher. I'm so happy to see this interview with Eun-Kyung. Thank you!

I do crochet all of the time, and the fact that it can be used in such elaborate and unconventional ways... Mind Blown!🤯

Is there any use for old "Threads" Magazines or is it time to recycle them in the recycling bin for city pickup?
@TextileCenter6 жыл бұрын
The Garage Sale is so inundated with magazines that we don't accept donations of them any more. Recycling is your best bet!
