Disable or turn off your PC firewall and antivirus. Then check. Try to check also the Biotime server controller, there will be indicator showing the server OK or ERROR.

@JeraldTechSupport24 If the server is error, what should i do? I also tried with other app that doesnt require the usage of website. But i have also a Problem when adding new device, it says error -100504. I already put the name, IP, port, and its serial number correctly.

From your device, go to Comm. then Cloud Server Setting. Input the Server Address the IP of your PC. Input Server Port. Server port from your Biotime software. Then the device will auto detect from your Biotime.
