I got my Waver from the 5 Star ticket. So, while he's now Bond 10, most of it was back line stuff. Skadi and Castoria on the other hand are Bond 14. I wish I could've overworked my Waver instead of all those Support Wavers I grabbed for every battle when he was the only good support in the game.
