1.Level up and put more skill points on skill tree. 2.Check quest progress trees. 3.Be patient. Wait for the in game timer to countdown unlock new quest when time comes.

Yes there is. Water Resist marker is different. As I know 1A2WJR has a small "V" under and between Water Resist. 1WDF has "WR" marker between Water Resist. I was confused by many version of A168WA too.
