Grew up watching lamb chop with my Nona .. never nothiced how gross that puppet actually looks .. the fact it was a sock puppet makes it disgusting.. granted i know its not a "dirty" sock (😉) but in my mind its filthy 🤷🏻

My mom grew up in a rural mining town in Pennsylvania. Her favorite Tennessee Ernie Ford song was Sixteen Tons, especially the part that said "I owe my soul to the company store". She loved his faith songs too.
