I'm pretty sure this was just his fight-wing induction for his war against Rory at UFC 189. I think he was just doing his best to thank everybody who specifically helped him for that specific fight. For UFC 189, Robbie was with ATT and was no longer with Miletich Fighting Systems (Miletich, Hughes, Sylvia, Horn, etc.) Robbie will most likely be inducted into the Modern Wing of the UFC for his career accomplishments at some point, too. I would imagine he'd specifically thank Matt Hughes when he gives that speech, unless they had a falling out.
