This is dominant behavior by one dog over another. Not a good sign! Need to separate them and be on guard when around other dogs. You also need to educate yourself about dog behaviorr. When they show guarding, or seem to be blocking or pushing another dog, that can signal aggression.

These are 2 dogs that have known each other for almost 2 years, playing with each other. They don't need to be separated unless they get a little rough. You make a comment that i need to educate myself about dog behavior without having any info on how much i have educated myself about dog behavior. King (staffie) doesn't guard anything as he was taught not to do that.

Thank you for a success story! The Internet is filled with failures which must be based on the incomplete information. The more accurate information is AT the EXACT time of the equinox, not ON the equinox. For extra credit in my physics class I woke up near midnight in the mid 80's, made my 3 younger siblings get up, placed a dozen eggs on the sidewalk, and we all teamed up to get 11 out of the dozen to stand on end within a one minute window of the EXACT time of the equinox. None would balance for the many minutes we tried before the exact time; after the first stood they all very rapidly readily stood, we watched in amazement as they one by one fell in the span of a minute, and we could not get a single one balanced after several minutes of trying afterwards. Siblings still text me every year to remind me and thank me for including them in that experience. So much misunderstanding from changing one word of the instructions.
