What if you don't have a gas burner? Mine's induction, I think, and if I heated a pan that hot it'd probably melt the top of my stove.

Damn I felt this. I'm pretty petite but muscular naturally. I'm 5'1" 115 to 120lbs and I work a very physical job. I've been down around 107 or 108 before and I was miserable. I was already depressed (hence the weight loss) but my mood was terrible and I was constantly exhausted. I was even colder then usual and my already fine hair was falling out. Being hollywood skinny just isn't worth it to me. I try to stay about where I am, I still feel confident and comfortable in my skin, but still healthy and strong.

True but let's reduce the sugar. A lot of Korean food uses some type of sugar or syrup, which in the end both are really just the same and have the same effects. Since many dishes use some kind of sugar, the amount tends to build up throughout the day and that is not healthy to the body nor sustainable. It's not a big problem if you eat something sweet thing once a day or a few times per week but having sugar in several dishes throughout the day for several days is not good.

you have no idea how hard ur video hit me, a year ago when i had my midterms i suddenly became sick, at first it was just a cold but later it got so serious i couldnt eat without puking it out 5 minutes later and stand without feeling dizzy and like i was gonna pass out, it got really hard to study and i felt REALLY sad i wasnt able to study nicely, and i have GREAT friends but for some reason they sometimes forget me, not forget me but they get so invested in talking with e/o that they forget me.. and i honestly just wanted some support from my friends but they kinda ignored me so i was feeling really upset, later my brother (psychology student) told me i had an eating disorder and was having an episode (it comes and goes) i went from 45 to 40 kgs in those 3 weeks, and i honestly hated myself for doing that, i hated food and was scared it would happen again but luckily im slowly getting better and rn im 49 kgs which is average, i still had and have a few episodes but they are usually minor, THAT year was very bad and had THE worst ED episode ever

Being skinnier can really impact your health and not always in good ways. As women get older fat can help keep estrogen levels higher which impacts our heart and bone density.

I think the best amount of friends is what makes you the most comfortable. Social butterfly extroverts that need those interactions to recharge probably need or want more friends than us introverts 😅

You have a beautiful figure, it's perfect. If you lost that extra weight - you'd actually be skinny.
@stormywonder21253 күн бұрын
But thats the thing, being on the correct diet will change your life when you find the correct one your body accepts. There are multiple diets that can make you feel healthy and happy and full of life. You also should say that eating whatever you want can also make you feel terrible and put your health at risk as well. So it’s like a double edged sword 🤔
@peachesandcream223 күн бұрын
Actually, being naturally skinny isn't as efortless, as it may seem. My male friend is skinny but it's because he has worse health and can't do physical exercises. Most of his life, he tried to gain weight but it's hard for him, and he's still classified as underweight. I'm not even talking about being ostracized for his size (because skinny men aren't seen as masculine). For some people, it's hard to lose weight and mantain it, but for some, it's hard to gain it.

Might not be exciting but tuna omelette (w/ cheese or none) and rice bento box. I used to eat it for packed lunch in uni when microwaves were nonexistent or pay-per-use. Add some pickled veggies or sesame oil, nori flakes on the side for topping and you’ve got a hearty meal.
