We were 4 people and had 2 rooms. One deluxe room's bath room had a leech and an earthworm in it. When asked to remove them, there was no response from reception. There was no manager. There was no sense of responsibility. It had no hot water. The executive room's tv was not working. None of them had any towels or drinking water or room service.
