That has to be brookside or some where close that is the only good part of town because it's a gated community downtown or any where else lots of tweekers and homeless but would get robbed making the video or killed if they said something wrong or looked at some one that's stockton

I think you need to check the local authority for permission; also you should have FAA license www.faa.gov/uas/commercial_operators/become_a_drone_pilot/
