Just used this as a sentinel on insanity. Miranda and Grunt. Just confirming you don't need a sniper, since no one on my crew had one. Takes a long time, but just rotate between Miranda and your own warp and Grunt did his concussive shot. Thanks a lot for the OP tip.

Another way you can beat this is to stand up behind the the hill closer to the shuttle. Fire the missile launcher heavy weapon and arc it around the hill. It will heat seek to the bots who wilk then charge up the hill towards the shuttle to attack you before the mission even triggers them to attack the crates. Thats how i always cheesed this mission

Can confirm this works on ps5 legendary edition. I can also confirm that morinth (to aquire dominate) can be acquired by loading a previous save (on the same character) and doing samara quest upto the acquisition of Morinth. Loading the main save (the timeline where you didn't get Morinth) will still give you dominate, it seems to apply it to the character not the save.

i'm probably the only idiot who keeps coming back to this montage every now and then. but it was just so memorable to my 15 old self back then and to this day i feel so much joy and nostalgia coming back to this montage. the clips, the music and the game will forever have a place in my brain and heart because it represents a part of who i was back then. thanks for that!

I fucking hate this moment. During the first battle with Praetorian you just need to run in circles, but this... This place has just one blind spot (first place you stand on) and you have to run really fast. If you didn't kill this fucker in first 2 minutes - you're fucked.

I dunno the exploit works depending on if plating pc or console folks...keep that in mind...SOMETIMES....consoles and pcs tend to PATCH things so ..yeah

This is the single most difficult section in the entire game on Insanity. Second most difficult is the Horizon mission.

Honestly i think all the collector's mission are very easy didn't die once on them however if I recall grunts recruitment mission was a pain in the ass with all the heavy troopers and there stupid missiles that can track you down. Also some of them were in positions you couldn't charge it was very annoying at the time bc my vanguard didn't have anything to take them down. Also i was playing the geth pulse shotgun which made it harder as you can't charge it while in cover so getting hit by those missiles was very easy while charging the shot

6 kills off rocket stroke, 3 kills from cruise missile. Maybe waiting extra sec or 2 before activating kill streak will gain more kills. Loved this game but it was broken you could pretty much dominate using a sniper in this game. Shahikot mountains were famous for it.

You know if you befriend Jowan he'll teach you the specialization blood mage. Only if you're mage though. Just like all the other specials like templar for a warrior from Alistair or bard for a rogue from Liliana so on an so forth. Some you may have to force to learn. Like the Templars Alistair has sworn an oath not to teach anyone. Only downfall you have to locate the teachings from stores. Blood Mage can be unlocked by purchasing the manual from the bartender at The Crown and Lion tavern in Amaranthine.

I come back to this montage from time to time. BFBC2 was such an incredible game. The hundreds of hours I spent in it are some of my fondest memories of all time. Really wish Dice would remaster this amazing game, the same way that it was, so that I and many others could experience this amazing game all over again.
