Hey man I got a question. I got a 24 in and it’s works fine hooked up when my rzr is off but when I crank it the volume fluctuates any ideas I got a 12volt 575amp battery. I’m stumped on why it’s happening.

Does your sound bar turn on by itself when you turn the RZR on ? I have a sound bar but I had to mount it up front cause every time I turn the key off I have to click the power button

This is one of my favorite videos of ALL TIME. I love how yall play. That's exactly what I like doing but not quite as extreme. Those things are just too damn expensive. they aren't boats lol.. seeing what they can really do. No speed involved. Awesome

Hopefully you see this, I have a 19 just like yours. Crossed a pretty deep creek this weekend and it seemed like it has lost all power coming out. Left it running for a bit and when we went to go it was fine. Believe I got a tiny bit of water in mine, looked like it never had anything in it when I got home but I’m pretty sure water got in. The seal kit you linked says for 16-18, is that the one you got? They haven’t responded to my emails. Thanks

OMC is mid grade dog 💩 for responding to people if that’s who your talking about.... I just bought a seal kit for our 2020 turbo 4 seater and it was the same one I got for our 19. If yours isn’t snorkeled the water came in through the belt exhaust, if it is then I would recommend the omc seal and to smoke test your belt box to check for leaks, mine leaked even with the omc seal kit but it was such a small leak it never got wet even when staying under water for a while.

DS18 says it’s 200 rms but it’s closer to 100-150 I feel. I’ll make another video Friday of this wetsounds stealth I got a great deal on, this ds18 sound bar didn’t last but 2 minutes and it’s broke in my shop waiting to get sent back. It worked for this video and that was literally it. I’ve had so much trouble out of ds18 products I don’t know if I will give them any more of my money. I’ve spent $3k plus from them and have nothing to show for it. Was either denied rma or “out of warranty”. Hopefully they fix this soundbar so I can sell and get a little money back.

How is it? I been looking into that one the powerbass xl-1250 and the kicker kpb2
@mississippimudassociation49412 жыл бұрын
I had actual footage of me talking about it but it ended up getting recorded in portrait so I couldn’t put it in the video without looking crazy. For 300 it’s not bad, I had a power bass XL 800 on that yellow Honda and it was about the same loudness. But that xl800 was almost double the price of this ds18. I’ve heard great about the xl 1250 but I’m a big sound guy and just can’t be satisfied with a sound bar.

@@TREYBILLIOT123 I went through 2 $700 amps on that 2 seater turbo and a $600 headunit. Went with a nvx 1100.5 mounted to roof and a nvx nmps30 I think headunit around 600 for both and they were still on it when I sold it. I’m doing a custom top in this 4 seater for 8 8s and subs in the back. All amps and headunit will be in the ceiling away from water.

@@TREYBILLIOT123 check on the Rockford water ready 5 channel. It does around 1200 rms for a sub in the bed, and still does 300+ rms (if my memory serves me correctly) on 4 separate channels for some towers on the back. It’s a super small footprint and doesn’t take up much space. That would be the route I’d go with, I’m 6’7” so I won’t be chopping my cage, I’m already cutting it close as it is. LOL!

When greasing the plugs, are you just greasing the connector housing? Like where they slide on each other per se or are you greasing the pins too? I'd think the pins would cause issues.
@mississippimudassociation49412 жыл бұрын
You ideally want to dielectric grease all the electrical connectors, although, my buddy with the red turbo has greased every plug on his and has had more electrical issues than I have and I only greased a few main ones. We haven’t posted anything because I’ve been busy moving and doing house Reno and the other guy zack has been doing a lot of side work. This video was really quick and just thrown together because there wasn’t many out there. We haven’t had any major issues with deep water riding the turbos and have seen their fair share of dash deep water.
