Anyone that didn't watch this team/ overall this documentary doesnt understand how feared this team was at the time. Even full blown NFL players from multiple teams said Miami could beat multiple NFL teams at that time. The U isn't GOATed for no reason 👏👏

I would give anything to watch this Miami team against a Patrick Mahlomes/ Travis Kelcey Redskins or a Prime Tom Brady Patraiots with Gronkowski and Edleman

I was 17 when I saw the Canes vs Huskers and I never missed any televised games all the way up to 2002 when the refs took away our history we all know the Canes beat Ohio State 😎👍

NCAA football has always been a popularity contest and no matter who we beat or how cordial we were the pollsters always favored lesser teams so our guys felt like not only did we have to win the game we had to humiliate our opponent to get respect. We werent gonna win them over no matter what we did so better stay out of our way

These guys and their influence in sport went beyond football. Every team from the NBA, Soccer, etc try to copy the swagger and personality of these guys

THIS WAS THE GREATEST U team in my history of the team dating back to early 1980's... I don't care about the cheesy loss. This team imo is top 10 greatest of all college teams.. Highsmith & Jerome Brown alone are both top 10 greatest HUrricanes of all time. This team was so special from 1980s to 2000's Gref Olsen team.

What happened to college football I love the traditions and I love the atmosphere of the modern college football. but a whole team that knew we are better than you and we are going to kill you that is the peak of arrogance that you know you have to be pretty freaking good to talk like that

Funny, Shockey talking about not wanting bankers on his team. That’s ok, we would never confuse them. Sad that personal conduct was never required there, but it was good TV.
