I think I know why April 29 is so important to swifties,because it was 10 days after the new album dropped out

I like especially sections in 1:37 which has a little change of mood and 2:26 which is almost like a memory-version of you coming to make a supporting act.

KZbin is awesome for DIY therapy, whatever form it takes. You sing that very well, and I think a lot of people will relate to how others try dragging them down to their condition, I certainly see this happening where I live

I use KZbin for diy therapy on the reg! Thank you so much for the listening and I agree, can’t wait to put it out and have more people connect 🫶🏼

@@nelliemar I know what you mean. it depends what you're really after. For me, my mind is like "yeeeah, I want the world to see me play/sing" but when i look into what I really feel, it's a whole different story. I don't mind sharing this link on other music artists channels. I often find incredibly talented artists that are even more incredibly underrated, especially guitarists. Chipping away at the emotional injuries is the best thing any of us can do though, that's what attracts people to listen

Glad you made it, and welcome to the 30+ league. 'Don't panic' is a good advice, it was printed famously on the cover of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (a scifi parody book). I wonder if this experience of yours, the moment of feeling -oh shit, is this it-, will be something that'll lead to a deep dive of self reflection and thinking what makes one's life meaningful.
@nelliemar2 ай бұрын
I definitely think an almost drowning experience instantly makes you reflect. I remember for a second thinking "nooo I still have so much to do!" And being able to rescue myself definitely has deeper meaning and reminds me that it wasn't my time, so there's still things left to accomplish on earth. Reflecting is everything. Thanks for the book rec and for your thoughts :)

Go you! I think it's great to be sensitive of your own wants, and let the tension between current reality and your desire to drive you wherever it takes, even offroads leading to a dead end, just learn from that, swap the 4x4 to vanlife or to a whatever means of navigation that feels like the next step. One thing that makes the change of location hard, though, is leaving friends behind a wall of Whatsapp or whatever. I wonder whether you be embedding your journey through these phases in some form into your songs.
@nelliemar3 ай бұрын
Absolutely thats it!! So beautifully put. But our friends essentially fit in our pockets now :) And yes, my journey of changes is infused in my songs.. stay tuned for more

That was fun to watch. Your words were pouring not unlike the rain, but your ideas were quite clear unlike the foggy winding road. Agreed on perspective (and I'd say empathy) being important. Also be kind to yourself. It's easy to demand less from others, but being way too harsh towards yourself. I hope we all have given more than taken at the end. Let the seemingly unfortunate events make us grow like mushrooms after rain! :)

Wow thank you for your kind & poetic words. I appreciate your perspective and thoughts- especially how they remind me to be kinder to myself. I hope your mind keeps growing like the mushrooms after the rain :)

My favourite song 🎵 if i need to change my mood I put this song on and feel better. Your cover is amazing! Beautiful vocals sung with emotion. This song means a lot to you and you can tell because of how you sing it. I think emotion is what is lacking in modern music. Good work
