I work at a VC, we invest where there's potential for disruption and exponential growth. We only care about making money, gender has nothing to do with it and no one will say no to making money because of it. Babylonian calendar is base on moon whether Egyptian calendar is based on sun booth predates roman, julian, gregorian calendar. Lunar calendar is far more sophisticated they dont have problem like the solar calendar use to have. Its simple you see the new moon that marks the beginning of new month. But determining a month by position of sun is relatively insane. They excuse season but seasons are adversre in northen & southern hemisphere relative to sun that just make no sense. Whether lunar calendar doesnt affected by these phenomenon. Season is not importan in lunar calendar. Come to cultivation people till to date does not plant on any particular day rather they have their own sense & signs to do so. Modern standerd time is still very young (1884).

What I most wanted to know was the one thing she did not tell me. And that is what year was it before the invention of B.C. and A.D.? In other words, we would say Julius Caesar was assassinated on the Ides of March or March 15th 44 B.C. - but Romans would not say "44 BC" so what would they have said the year was? It was during the Republic so there was no "1st year of the reign of Augustus" yet, and would not be for years until he consolidated power in 27 BC a few years after the defeat and deaths of Mark Antony and Queen Cleopatra in 30 BC, so how were years identified then, before the first emperor was an Emporer?
