UAN wali process toh bahut hi galat hai kyuki UAN account me sirf wahi companies show hoti jo EPFO me cover hoti hai. Manlo kisi candidate ne CV me 5 companies mention ki hai aur genuinely waha kaam bhi kiya hai lekin UAN me 4 companies show ho rahi hai kyunki 1 company ka EPFO me coverage nahi tha par UAN varification toh negative ho gaya na aise me company ko candidate defaulter lagega aur use joining nahi degi na hi company karan bataigi ki selection ke bad bhi joining kyu nahi di.

Bro my brother had 1.9 years of experience as software developer that company created uan pf . He is unemployed from 1.4 year since most of them r asking 3years of experience. We r planning buy 1.4 years of fake experience to fill carrier gap one consultancy guy said he will provide pf , salary slip ,bank statement & all bgv support if we pay 25k. Will they come to know willl they check pf amount???

Don't go for small courses online like 6 to 12 months courses this filled required time and patience dont hurry...In this fillef not only understanding the concept but deploy into real world projects. so go for deep learning not temprorary learning that's my thinking❤😊

TCS jan bujh kr BGV fail krati hai wo UAN k information chipati hai jb aap company se release ho jatey ho tb bolti hai ki ab aap UAN la kr do. Kaise koi insan dega kbhi wo UAN ME LOGIN NHI KR PA RHA HAI TO KBHI KOI OR REASON HAI. TCS pr bharosa mt krna ap kitna bhi mail krk puch koi document chahiye wo nhi boltey hai

Hi mam, im going to join a company in next month got an offer letter from them, but in the interview i told them that i worked with only one company but now they are aasking for bgv in which they are asking for UAN number, and my UAN number is showing 4 companies.. In this case what should i do kindly help.. Will my offer letter get cancel
