Don't get why Indians still want to come to the US. Its going be hard to get a green card from now on ..Also they are going to make it difficult even for legal immigrants.

So tell me one thing is it worth going to usa for this spring 25 intake iam just hoping job opportunities will shape out by 2027
@VideshiChai3 ай бұрын
It's understandable to have concerns about job opportunities in the US, especially with the upcoming election and its potential impact on immigration and work policies. If you're targeting the Spring 2025 intake, by the time you graduate, the political landscape could have shifted, and policies may have stabilized. Looking ahead to 2027, the demand for skilled professionals, especially in fields like STEM, business, and healthcare, is expected to remain strong in the US. Regardless of which administration is in power, both major parties have historically recognized the economic contributions of international students and skilled workers. If you have a clear plan and a strong focus on your career goals, likely, there will still be opportunities, but staying informed about any changes to programs like OPT or H-1B will be key to your success.

Now really confused whether to go for January 2025 intake … if trump comes n reduces OPT it will be a huge blow
@VideshiChai3 ай бұрын
We understand the confusion around deciding on the January 2025 intake, especially with the uncertainty about the US election outcome. If Trump is elected and reduces the OPT program, it could indeed make post-graduation work opportunities more challenging. However, it’s worth noting that changes to policies like OPT typically take time to implement, and the US still highly values skilled international talent. On the other hand, if Kamala Harris wins, her policies are expected to be more favorable toward international students, with potential OPT expansion and more accessible pathways to work in the US. As the election draws closer, keeping a close eye on policy developments will help make an informed decision. Many students have successfully adapted to changing immigration policies, and it’s always a good idea to have a backup plan.

Is there any opportunities in mechanical because I'm background
@VideshiChai3 ай бұрын
Yes, there are plenty of opportunities for mechanical engineers in the US, especially in industries like manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and energy. It's important to build relevant skills like CAD, automation, and data analysis to stay competitive. You can also explore internships and co-op programs to gain practical experience. Good luck!

Brexit is an absolute disaster for Britain and with every passing year, it gets worse.

Brexit has certainly been a complex and divisive issue, with both positive and negative outcomes depending on the perspective. Its long-term impact on the UK economy and international relations is still unfolding, and opinions vary widely. It's a situation that continues to evolve, and the full effects may take years to truly understand.

This country has already reached its immigration limits refueeges from ukraine are here and soo many illegal immigrants
@VideshiChai3 ай бұрын
I admire Ireland’s welcoming approach to refugees and immigrants. It shows a strong sense of community and compassion, which is something I value in a country I’d want to live in. Managing immigration can be tough, but I believe Ireland’s approach reflects the kind of inclusive environment that attracts students and professionals from all over the world. It’s about finding the right balance while still being a welcoming and diverse place.

No living houses
@VideshiChai3 ай бұрын
I understand that housing in Ireland can be a challenge, especially with rising demand. As a study abroad aspirant, I’m hopeful that universities and the government are working on solutions to provide affordable housing for students and residents. It’s an issue that many countries are facing, but I believe Ireland’s strong community and support systems make it a worthwhile place to study and live

Never come to Ireland Unless u have 3-4 years of experinece (regardless of any domain) . If you are a graduate with no experience, Ireland is a big NO Its really hard to even get part time jobs here Think before you take a call. Do not regret after you come here

Is 2 years of work exp sufficient?
@VideshiChai3 ай бұрын
Thanks for sharing your perspective. It’s true that finding a job as a recent graduate can be challenging, especially in a competitive market like Ireland. However, many universities offer strong career services and networking opportunities, and some fields might have more demand than others. It's important to research your industry and options before making a decision. Gaining work experience, even through internships, can definitely help improve job prospects. Each person’s experience is different, so it's good to weigh all factors before moving forward.

Sir,I am planning to send my son to Ireland for studying Masters in Finance.R there immense job opportunities in Ireland in this particular extreme.Plz guideThanks
@VideshiChai3 ай бұрын
Ireland is a great choice for studying Finance, especially with Dublin being a hub for financial services and many multinational companies. There are strong job opportunities in sectors like banking, investment, and fintech. However, like any market, competition can be tough, so it's important for your son to gain relevant skills, network, and consider internships during his studies. Ireland’s thriving financial sector makes it a promising destination for Finance graduates!
@abhishekshetty99686 ай бұрын
Warning: This video is misleading. The job opportunities for graduates are very much limited. Moreover, irish government has capped minimum earning to get a work permit in ireland and the amount is increasing every year. Companies dont want to pay graduates/freshers such a high salary at the start and hence getting a job as a graduate is extremely tough. If a person is experienced then the job market is grand but as a fresher it is very very tough.
@Quotes_ah_kelu3 ай бұрын
what other euro countries you'd suggest for tech jobs?
@VideshiChai3 ай бұрын
Thank you for sharing your concerns. It’s true that the job market for fresh graduates in Ireland can be competitive, and the minimum salary requirements for work permits have increased. However, many students still find opportunities through internships, networking, and skill development. It’s important to set realistic expectations and research industry demand before making decisions. Experienced professionals might have an easier time, but freshers who plan strategically can still succeed. Always good to weigh both the challenges and opportunities carefully.
