I've only played the first episode with each of them but so far my ranking goes: 6. Inventor because I'm just not a fan of the way the gadgets work 5. Warrior because it's not particularly interesting 4. Thief a lot more interesting with the different ways it can be played. 3. Jester his deck building mechanic is really fun. 2. Witch because setting up magic combos is super satisfying 1. Robot, because I'm a gambling addict.

Yeah....unfortunately, the yellow sign relic is a very cool and bizzare event that unlocks the reaper boss of stage 5 and is connected to the final boss. Its meant to be a trippy lite arg/creepypasta ish style secret which thru a lot of people that played early access for a loop. Also, the music adds to it but you weren't able to enjoy it fully cuz you didn't have the game music and you don't handle motion and the screen effects well which I understand on that part : (

Ik this is old but I gotta say it's a shame you didn't at least experience the music for each stage and character once. The ost is awesome.

Idk I'd say having infinite HP is pretty nice, so Book of Rev being at the bottom might be the most insane take in Binding of Isaac that I've ever seen, grats. even for before repentance

My rankings: 6: Witch. I am not big brain enough for her. She is so much weaker than every other character unless you find one of several specific setups that allow her to go infinite. I also find it frustrating how she needs to roll exact numbers just to get her equipment. That said, getting a good Witch run feels very rewarding, and Countdown taking out most of the player-side RNG is my single favourite episode. 5: Robot. Too much RNG in a game already full of RNG. The fact it's possible to bust out in just 2 rolls until Level 4 is horrible. That said, there are ways to mitigate the RNG with items like Buster Sword, and jackpots are more common than one might expect. You can also use your dice one at a time to prevent losing your equipment to errors at the cost of a sub-optimal turn. I find it amusing how Robot is the only character who benefits from being frozen, because computers don't like the heat. 4: Warrior. He's basic, but he makes for a good introduction to the game's concept. If he's too easy, Worse than a Curse is a respectable jump in difficulty, being about as tough as Witch's default. I like how Combat Roll makes things more consistent, too. He's a comfy character, which is good for when you don't want to think too hard. 3: Thief. Dice manipulation is fun :) Turning into a bear is very fun >:¬D While it can be annoying to keep rolling too high before you get your better dice manipulation, once you do get going it's great to absolutely demolish enemies with 10+ dagger uses. His gimmick of using enemy equipment also makes each fight a unique experience. 2: Inventor. I quite like how Inventor forces you to cycle through equipment. It forces me to roll with the punches and adapt. The fact that you get to choose between 3 pieces of equipment to scrap means you can always keep your 2 best pieces of equipment, which has saved so many runs for me. Getting a free action each turn from the gadget is a nice-to-have which also makes each fight unique. Also, some of the gadgets are hilariously overpowered, which is great fun! On any other character, being that OP would be boring, but because you lose your gadget at the end of each fight, it's a rush with no downside. 1: Jester. I like how Discard allows you to mitigate the RNG of not having reliable access to your equipment (something Witch can learn from) which makes getting lots of good equipment exciting. There's even the bonus of an extra strong Finale card if you make it through the whole deck. Also, Losers Weepers is the funniest episode concept in the game, where you have to sift through the enemies' awful equipment to find the good stuff. And most of all: there is nothing more fun in this game than getting a good SNAP! turn.

The cultist is my absolute favorite for 2 reasons. 1: So cute 2: best dialog options

my list 6: inventor for me, i dont like the idea of destroying my equipment and build for an ability that only lasts 1 turn. its really difficult to keep a good build going, and i often only keep 3 equipment in my deck, one of them being the one i want to scrap which is usually bad, meaning i only have 2 equipment in my deck for the last few floors 5: warrior simple, but he feels like easy mode for me. strategy feels like "get big numbers, deal big damage" 4: jester hes cool, but i dont like the randomness (what dice AND cards you get) and deckbuilders have been done lots of times before 3: witch very complicated, but also fun to break. thats all i have to say 2: robot super fun, and (imo) not very rng reliant. having the ability to create lots of dice with equipment like heat sink, overclock, cooling fan is really cool 1: theif a very simple character on the surface, but the amount of ways to manipulate dice is outstanding. basically a better warrior. this is also the only charater where your starting equipment can be used until the very end.

I think its à bug but when i Spawn an item with à specific id for exemple brimstone=118 when i put the command with 118 it spawns à random item and when i reuse the command it respawn another random item
