Is this 9mm or .40 cal. and how would you say it compares to the tso in felt recoil aspect it really worth the price difference between the too really considering getting one looking for the softest shooting of the two and I believe you have had both any feedback would greatly help thanks
@ralleaa3 ай бұрын
This is 9mm. To be honest, the difference in felt recoil is very minimal to non-existent for me personally. I run them on the heavy side, with brass grips and magwell. Maybe there would be a difference between the two, with aluminum/G10 grips and aluminum magwell. Both are very well balanced with the LOK brass grip+magwell combo. For me one of the biggest differences is probably the improved ergonomics of having the TS2 slide vs. the TSO. Especially the TS2O slide with the extra serrations, soo much better when racking vs. the narrow slide of the TSO..

@@ralleaathanks for the help man and which of the two have the lighter trigger?
@ralleaa3 ай бұрын
@@avery6600You should expect the same trigger weight. Around 750-1000g after a couple of thousand rounds. For some reason the TSO can be set to a shorter pre-travel than the TS2(I'm not the only one with this experience). To be honest I wasn't impressed with the TS2O trigger out of the box(the most "roll" I have had on a trigger out of the box) and chose to install a hammer and sear combo from Cajun. Gives a bit heavier pull(mine settled at around 900g) but also gives a very pronounced wall. Can recommend if you want a really crisp break.

Hmm. First comment after 11 months, how good is the DB TS2? Thanks.

I love the TS platform and the TS2 DB is no exception. Looking to get the TS2 Orange when it becomes available in 9mm here.

why is this kick-starter so frowned upon?
@aasberg2 жыл бұрын
Mainly it boils down to you gotta have the correct piston position, in order to kickstart it. Most owners do not know this, hence the problem with starting it.

Notice the way he primes the barrel by using the kick-start then brings the piston up to TDC then it starts

Nice bike! It is a smc from 2003, isn't it? I have the same! Have you ever changed its oil and both filters by yourself? I did that yesterday and it took only 1,5 litres... Shouldn't it take 2,1 litres?
@ralleaa5 жыл бұрын
Thx, yea it's from 2003. I changed oil and filters regularly, but I can't remember how much oil it took. Remember to look at the specs/procedure for the 2003 model and not 2004-, the 04 holds oil in the frame, and therefore holds more than the 03 which only have oil in the engine. Remember to bleed the oil system also :) Edit: just looked it up, 1,5L is the right amount for the 2003 model.
@tobiasbader44785 жыл бұрын
@@ralleaa ah okay :) I bleeded the oil system, but the oil came out of the hose immediately, so im not sure, If i did it the right way :D i will visit a Workshop, just to be Sure :) Thx for your answer! Best regards
