I’m about to start my journey. My surgery is on October 3 and when they took the pictures, they had me pick up my tummy as high as I could get it and when I tell you, I tried to pull it up over my head so that they would approve it I did . 😂

Do either of you have any experience wearing the glucose monitor and any tips or ideas to keep the sugar spikes down???

@@calleenkamphaus5227 i had severe gestational diabetes and never got it under control, but after my last child was born, my doctor wanted to officially diagnose me with type 2 diabetes and keep me on insulin... so thats when i decided to make even bigger changes. For me, eating high protein and low carb helped a TON. And also drinking water and staying active. I hope you are able to find something that works ❤️

I use to clock my prep time. 1.5hrs or 1hr if I had no one in my way. 😆

To everyone just FYI my friend said getting a new belly button is considered cosmetic so insurance won’t cover your BB! But cool to hear some doctors save/re position

Is bites and points about the same
@JenHannagans6 ай бұрын
Bites and points are the same, points is WW bites is Healthi (formally Itrackbites). Healthi has more plans to chose from which are similar to the older ww plans. Healthi is less expensive. We tend to bounce between saying ww/healthi/itrackbites and points/bites.

Im so glad i watched this. I look like you before photos, but im getting a tummy tuck with muscle repair and 360 liposuction. Insurance would not cover a panniculectomey because i dont have any issues from it. But one of the things i most look forward to is wearing maxi skirts and dresses!!! ❤❤❤

Not on Facebook, but I'm in. Know of any good hiking areas near Branson?
Godd grief, im71, and had a pannicletomy, I had in November , I was in pain when I was in recovery, my doctor gave me a morphine drip, I’ve, much better, I had a compression girdle on since my surgery, swelling is minimal . The scar isn’t bad I put Vitamin E the biggest thing for e was measuring the drains , the the wound was completely closed I started using , my scar is barely there. I used Merderma, one more week of the compression. You have to be mentally strong to handle pain. I’m glad I did it.

Is drainage always done?
@JenHannagans8 ай бұрын
From what I understand, yes. I haven't met someone who hasn't had to have drains but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen @linadowning218
