Being an introvert simply means that we frequently value deliberate communication over frequent interaction. It does not imply that we avoid expressing ourselves. Using KZbin, I can interact with individuals and exchange ideas on my own terms. Even so, introverts have a voice; we just have to decide when and how to utilize it. 😊

I'm definitely an introvert. I hate being around too many people. I feel like I'm absorbing all the negative and positive energy.around me I often wake up the next day feeling kinda hungover but I didn't drink alcohol lol. I need to isolate to feel better. It's got harder the older I've got. There are days I have to interact because I have kids. It's hard to explain but I have become more patience with myself as I've matured. People often think I'm making excuses and being antisocial but it's not on purpose. Sometimes I have to protect my own mind and soul.
