I am always dizzy. Slightly to extremely. Some days I can't do anything. My ears ring really bad at times. I broke my neck before and my neck is almost naturally fused together. I can't look up, or down without getting violently dizzy. If I am sleeping, and I end up having my head tiled back, I wake up with my ears ringing, extremely dizzy, and dark vision. Could it still be an ear problem? Maybe my ear canal is being pulled because my neck lost it's natural curve. I use to be able to use a posture pump, but can't anymore.
