This seems very similar to Card Crawl, which was a game on mobile that i really enjoy playing, which i thought already had a physical version.

Hi ! Thanks for covering my game...again 😅 I must say you made a rule mistake though: when you choose the action on a monument card, you can only build the shown monument and not any monument ! Apart from that, I liked your video a lot ❤ Thanks !

Thanks for the clear playthrough, I decided to order the game as a result as I'm a fan of dice placement games, and I plan to play solo as it seems a bit too complex for my young kids. It seems like there is some similarity with Sky Team here, if played using your solo variant?

Nice video and explanations. I don't know why, but I enjoy this game much more in solo than in multi-player. You wouldn't have first hand experiences with the Satellites & Commanders expansion, which you could share?
@SirThecos
@SirThecos 2 күн бұрын
The expansion fits in seamlessly with the main game, as if it really was part of the experience. So, it's a good expansion but, of course, the game is very good without it as well. Does that make sense? 🤓

Maybe! I don't really like abstract games too much anyway - I do see why people like this game, though. I just don't seem to have fun with it. Maybe I'll try it in person some time? 👀

Having found myself coming out of a very, very long bout of depression after becoming single again, I find I need to start doing things in my spare time, of which I have a lot, so this is very helpful, thank you. No idea where to start but there's quite a few which peaks my interest. Thanks for the list.

also for the people without the laminator ( which allows you to create an erasable sheet that can be played forever ) - i would recommend getting the set of super tiny cubes ( deeds ... with holes ) - - -- you can get hundreds of them in black and white for like 100pcs per 1 euro. You could indicate something being crossed-off /checked by placing the tiny cubes there .

Thank you very much for this material, you explained it very well :) This is by far my biggest game, but I also make no secret that I made something I'm going to play myself too, so I didn't put boundaries just focusing to make it the best possible :) And the campaign launches on the 16th (I think I wrote you the wrong date) . Regards and thanks again!!!

Hey there Radek :) you might remember me back from facebook ... and the mysterious autocorrect case of Car Burglars :D thanks for the response! .. So if you would compare the two games, would you mind sharing your ideas on how they differ? I guess it help others as well , when deciding for which one to go first. I assume the Burglars are more dungeon crawling (possibly co-op) - whereas this looks more tactical and strategical fighting :) but those are just uneducated first glance impressions ... so feedback from the game creator him-self would be awesome.
@deedd4401

Given I have never played gloomhaven or jaws.. i had tiny impression, whether or not this could be inspired to a certain level... but given lack of experience i didn't dare to speak it out loud. I think Sir Thecos summarized it nicely by the end of the video. So unless people speak too soon , before the video ends, they should have pretty nice idea what the game looks like and feels mechanicaly :) I just tried one and only -tactical- game previously - it was much lighter i guess .. Imperial Assault ( descent system ) - so I'm little worried if i could pull this off , given i had excellent teacher for that other one -which seems to be also much lighter.

@@deedd4401 Hi! Sure I remember:) Hmm, it's really hard to compare them. Roll&Meow is a stealth game in which we walk around the mansion and open safes using an arcade mini-game. There's no combat at all-we have to hide, being careful not to make noise with our movements. In Monster Kill 100% of the game is combat :) We walk around the hex map and try to complete mission objectives (generally kill enemies) using our skills and employing cunning and tactics. There is no mechanical connection except that we use a pool of dice ;)

just thinking out loud for the intro and the standees falling :) if you have a hot glue gun .. you cound drop some at the base to give it some weight .. or as much as glue a tiny rock or a coin :) ..i got my hands on the Roll & Meow - the Cat Burglars .. which could be the same game , but with a re-skin ---- -didn't have time to check it out, but was on my list... i would gladly pay the 7 euros for print and play file , if the game turns out to be good .. so fingers crosssed and back onto watching the rest :)
