I was falsely accused of this over 20 years ago, and when the cop told me I was being charged and I asked on what grounds, he said "On the grounds she's charging you". Therein lies the problem. I was wrongfully convicted of sexual assault because in my policy statement, I sed I did I crime because I wanted to go to jail to get murdered in 2019 and did not go to court tell 2022 and bye then I didn't want to die. Since I have been convicted, I have lived with more depression than ever. All the evidence was not brought forth because of Covid, and my legal aid lawyer got changed 3 times, and when I did go to trial, the first time, my lower was too sick to finish that day we watched my confession and the statement of the other person involved and my lower approach the bench and then it was postponed for another date. My response was, "Then I would not be happy. That was never brought forth in court. I don't want anything for everything I have lost because of this. I just want my name cleared so I don't feel depressed and suicidal anymore. I was convicted because the judge didn't believe I wanted to go to prison to have my life ended. But if my lower would have called my family doctor, she would have had information about my depression.

I do not trust being alone with a woman. Lots of sympathy seeking victims out there. It is a sickness.
