Had a 68 charger as my first car back in 79. Local voke school mechanic built it up with a 383,holly 4barrel edlebrock manifold,hooker headers and ss crager rims. Wish i had hid it away somewhere back then. Cant beleive what they are going for now sold mine in 81 for 1000 bucks!!!

I never thought a restoration added to the cost of a car that has matching motor and body numbers. But I don't believe that a classic car should cost more than a brand new production car either. SMH. Sighhhh.

Do All chargers have bad trunks?
@notenoughmemes18473 жыл бұрын
Depends on what state the charger came from. Ones from the rustbelt or more snow heavy states will probably have bad and rusty trunks due to how much salt they've been exposed to.

That was the whole video (I uploaded it for them when making the website a few years ago). Bill and the guys are usually pretty good at replying to questions on their Facebook page if you want to give that a shot (facebook.com/Custom-Auto-Repair-Sales-136847473032834/)

Some people don't do the math before they begin or maybe it has some sentimental value to the owner.
@moparedtn8 жыл бұрын
Our Mopars don't have "posi" rear ends; they have SureGrips. A "4.11" gear wasn't an available Mopar ratio, either. Perhaps you meant 4.10.

Did a 68 Roadrunner. One suggestion, next time if you are removing the tail panel., take it out 1st and you can slide the trunk pan in one piece. Saves a lot of welding and grinding.
