Great tips! I'm exactly at the point in my early career where these are super useful. I'm practicing every day and hopefully these will help.

Tip 4 is really good and also works for drives

Great video! Are you in Muncie? That looks very similar to a course I play there when I’m in town.

Great video! I've been working on my putting as well and have come to a lot of the same conclusions (definitely feel your missing right when coming across the body- not sure how people do that). I just wanted to ask real quick- is there a way you visualize your elbow bend? When I bend/unbend my elbow I always feel like I'm bringing in some inconsistency. Also, are you pointing your front toe straight towards the basket? It looks like your offsetting it slightly which is something I found Gabe me more room to bring the disc back into but I wasn't as consistent with. Thanks and have a good one!

The one thing that has helped me improve my putting percentage... putting leagues!

Man I wish we had more of these near me. Seems like it only works in the big cities

@@crunchy_dg1191 it’s been game changing, it helps me replicate “high pressure” putting, like you feel during tournaments. Luckily, we’ve had some luck & get a good 20-30 person turnout weekly.

Can we bet? I don't step putt much, but releasing before your stance foot leaves the ground isn't rocket science. I'm kind of broke and could use the extra $.
@crunchy_dg11912 ай бұрын
"It isn't rocket science" sure. But tell that to the dozens of people on thr pro tour that still can't do it. If the release is late at all or unless you do it like CF or AB like I mentioned... most people are in the air.

The sad part is I agree. But I wasn't kidding when I said I had this discussion four or five times past week on multiple platforms

I've had it take 30 minutes before. unfortunately most people are very very dumb
@tt1285562 ай бұрын
Been saying the same for some time now. Just look at AB, he'd be nowhere near the top if he didn't use the cheat putts.

Love the tips, I just worked on some of these changes as well over the past couple months!!! I setup 5 stations with distances of 15', 20', & 25' at each. With 3 putters, I had to make 2/3 to move back and try to complete all 15 shot distances. If I missed all 3 putts for some reason, I had to move forward a distance. Eventually there was a number I would push myself to beat. Once I did that consistently, I changed it to making all 3 putts. My best day was 26 rounds of three for 2/3 and 31 rounds of three for 100%.
@crunchy_dg11912 ай бұрын
That's awesome! It's also not too far off my warm up routine for tournaments/league. I start at like 20ft with three putters. If I miss two, I move to a big step forward. if I make all three, I take a big step more. It helps me figure out my "good range" for the day and eliminates any questions later on if I'm feeling good about running stuff early in the event.

I have thought exactly that what you said in 1 step, my accuracy drops significantly after certain distance. Looking forward of your next steps!

I think throwing all those Lunas nose up took away from the video. Adjusting the nose angle would provide more variations in stability between runs here in my opinion. I’ve experienced some inconsistency with the Lunas. Great video nonetheless! Good camera quality and angle
@crunchy_dg11915 ай бұрын
While I still -intentionally- throw putters a little nose up for speed control, I've for sure done a lot of work since this year+ old video was done. Regardless even today, there's not a ton of difference in flight when they're all brand new. It's more about how fast they beat in than anything(or if you get lucky and find a puddletop one that is actually almost overstable)

That's one reason I stuck with the plug-in microphones and a separate lav mic. It's inconvenient, but if I mess up the lav somehow, I've got the phone audio as a backup

My favorite is setting up the camera so that I don't have to move it between putts :D I was really curious about the forehand on those, and how they held up to OAT. I think I'd like the Banger top more for putting
