Thank you, this is the trust/wisest thing I have watched about this subject. I have been trying to reintegrate very traumatised soul aspects for a LOOOOOOONG time now. My attack was 34 years ago, I have actively been trying to heal for 17 years. I have had quite a few supposed soul retreivals done but I felt no different. I have had more soul aspects come in at times but the core trauma emotions still knock me out of my body so I haven't been able to keep them in. I feel like I still need to work with all the things you mentioned (thank you) plus probably need some somatic release work too.... Or at least stuff that can strengthen me enough to be able to hold space for extremely intense terror emotion.... No matter how I try I can't hold that yet. Thank you though for an honest take on this. From my experience TRUE trauma healing is not a fluffy spiritual thing... It is fucking tough and very very physical and real. Thank you for addressing that. 🙏💜

Putting a curse on someone can have unintended consequences, on those around that person and on the person doing the cursing. It's like making a bomb.Can you use a bomb in a very targeted way that doesn't hurt anyone but the intended recipient? Yes. A cicada just landed on the roof while I was sitting outside. I called it a locust because that's what I was always told they were. Then, I glanced down and then right back up and it was GONE. I didn't hear it fly away...and I can usually hear them fly ... It seemed to just VANISH... Into the Air Spirit. So,,, some Crows started talking back and forth and I came in to look up Locust Spiritual meaning...and it was a grasshopper 🤨... then cicada popped into my mind and BAM here I Am. I'm in Dallas and haven't heard or seen any cicadas... That's the only one.

For those who don’t know: Dying at home or dying at a hospital and being brought home is VERY COMMON in India. The majority religion there is Hinduism where the departed are cremated, not buried. There is no concept of “funeral hones” in India. There are glass boxes that can be rented. These boxes come with an air conditioning, so the b.dy stays fresh till the cremation.

I think it is when you feel it you will know. I am 43 and I don't feel like I have left the mother stage of my life yet. I know some day I will be in the crone stage, and I will embrace it and enjoy it, but I feel I haven't reached that stage yet. And people trying to force me into being "old" because I have a grandchild just puts me off so much. Having a grandchild doesn't put you into the crone stage. It is a place you journey to mentally and spiritually. Not a cut off like oh you're 40 now so you're an old crone. It doesn't work like that for me at least.

The key words in all of this are going by one's own experiences. The experience is for many physical resulting in wet dreams. That's physical. It can involve anyone including people who are close of kin. Some people have experienced what is referred to as both the true and false twin flame dynamic and those feeling were physically mentally and emotionally felt. Ghost are able to make physical contact with the living via scratching, pushing, tripping, speaking , throwing objects, closing doors, turning light switches off and on etc. Those are examples of the non physical affecting the physical world so to say what you are saying makes absolutely zero sense. It sounds very superstitious and subjective to a particular group think that is loosely based on objectivity.

If nature is the supreme teacher, why should we label murder, theft or lying as wrong. Animals kill each other and steal each other's food. No one calls that wrong. It seems that people are part of nature, but also called to be above nature.
