Any decent drill will work don't go for a £30 they don't have enough power, Polishers are not my strong point I'd youtube search polisher reviews

Only advice I’d give is don’t take pictures of your cars with filters on if you do, because they will look better than they are and some people expect showroom condition cars! But amazing turnaround on the car keep up the amazing work bro 😎

@andriusGNR17 сағат бұрын
@drivewaylife what are you talking about, selling cars from your drive it isn't a retail. Are you saying that you give legal by law 6 months warranty on these couple cars you have on your drive lol? I doubt it, that's what dealers separated from car flippers. Nothing wrong with buying and selling, but you sound funny calling using big name as a retailer lol. I have 5 cars on my drive but would never call myself a trader or retailer lol, it's a car flipping.
@drivewaylife17 сағат бұрын
@andriusGNR that's were we are different, I have ran a 20 car dealership for 7 years I'm now offering dealer services from home, So to answer your comment yes they get warranty I'm all set up as a ltd dealer, website and soon I will offer finance. I'm trying to give dealership services on a small scale not just flipping a few bits,
@drivewaylife14 сағат бұрын
In the UK, if you are selling cars as part of a business (even if it’s a small-scale home dealership like yours), you are legally required to provide a warranty or consumer protection under certain conditions. Here's a breakdown: Key Points: Consumer Rights Act 2015: Cars must be "of satisfactory quality," "fit for purpose," and "as described" at the time of sale. If the car develops a fault within the first 30 days, the buyer has the right to reject it for a full refund. After 30 days but within 6 months, the law assumes the fault was present at the time of sale unless you can prove otherwise. You must repair or replace the car, or provide a refund. Warranties vs. Consumer Guarantees: A warranty is an additional promise, often provided by the dealer or a third party, offering to fix certain issues within a specified period. While you're not legally required to provide a formal warranty, you are still responsible for ensuring the car complies with the law. Many dealers include a short warranty for peace of mind and as a sales incentive. "Sold as Seen" and Trade Sales: You cannot use "sold as seen" to avoid liability unless you’re selling exclusively to another business. If selling to private buyers, you remain responsible for the car's condition, even if sold cheaply or with known faults (which must be disclosed). Tips for Compliance: Be Transparent: Clearly describe the car's condition and any known issues in writing. Offer a Basic Warranty: A 30- to 90-day warranty covering major components can build trust and reduce disputes. Get It Checked: Pre-sale inspections or diagnostics (e.g., using tools like your Topdon TopScan) can help document the car's condition. Would you like suggestions on affordable warranty providers or tips for managing buyer You are a retail trader
