Getting this error Please suggest what should we do. emClick As per recent government guidelines, you are not allowed to download the digital certificate as you have exceeded maximum time limit of 30 days from verification/approval date to download your certificate. Please reapply as existing KYC user and proceed Not able to find rekYC option.

Hey there, I got a few questions related to your S/MIME certification program: 1) Does this S/MIME free certificate includes first and last name of the owner of the certificate? 1.1) If answer of the previews question is YES, how do you verify the identity claim supplied by the owner? 2) What happens after the free certificate expiration date? 2.1) Can I renew the certificate free of charge for say another 3 months? 2.2) Will you extend the validity of the expiring certificate for another 3 months or you will issue an new one upon request? 3) If I have a s/mime free certificate from you and I sign an email and send it to Bob, will Bob be able to tell that the original email was correctly signed, say 3 yeas after I have sent this e-mail, keeping in mind that the e-mail will contain an already expired certificate? Thanks and I'm waiting for your replay.
