Great video. A few things I'd add: The Qring App dumps data to Apple Health but does not import your Apple health data to Qring Does not sync data to Apple Fitness. You wouldn't be able to closer activity ring with this ring The sleep data sent to apple health includes only the duration of your sleep, not the stages breakdown. So you won't be able to keep your sleep accounting or feed it to other apps like Sleep Cycle through the Apple Health in full.

Thanks for the review. Does it scratch easily? And is it metal or plastic? So it doesn't light up or vibrate when you receive notifications? How about if your heart rate is high or SPO2 is below than a number say 90percent

I bought mine. It’s plastic on the inside and metal outside. It’s attracted to magnets on the outside.

Hi I just got one for myself. It’s metal. The sizes are limited, and I think they’re small. I normally wear a 9 but 10 fits… snug. It doesn’t vibrate. And you don’t notice lights unless you want to check let’s say your heart rate or bp on demand. Just keep it on all day like regular piece of jewelry It does track well in my opinion
