i'd keep ten hag, but he is a mixed bag. great with youth and capable of a crafty game plan (ie: fa cup). he is also capable of outsmarting himself (ie: last run of must-win games); i have a feeling that the coaching staff didn't help... tuchel is an upgrade in some areas; his run to the cl win was masterful

ETH has his flaws and issues but not many of the linked managerial candidates are really the quality to push him out the door. Most of them i'd say are clear downgrades , other than possibly Tuchel but he's short term and toxic which will force us to rip up and start again in a couple years. Ntm ETH is keen on working with and is doing well developing young players ; be it him or a new gaffer we need a manager who prioritizes the same given our young and academy talent. We know ETH is about that (working with youth / young players) , not as clear with some of the replacement candidates. And Todibo we need to get done as well. A finished article right-footed RCB should be the priority , Todibo ticks the boxes with fee , ease of deal and attributes we need. Branthwaite should be the type we circle back on if funds allow as ideally we need both CBs. Though i've also mentioned a number of times SJR / INEOS owning OGC Nice could easily allow a loan with an obligation for Todibo to defer the fee and make it even easier to sign both him and Jarrad this summer.
