I didn't fully understand the context of this question. So, I'm trying to answer for 2 contexts I got from this question 1. Should the power button be on or off while charging? Doesn't matter. You can use the mouse while you're charging. I usually do that. So, mouse power button can be off or on. 2. Does the mouse glow while charging. Yes. It does. It glows into a blue color while charging. And when fully charged it goes off. If you're lucky it might turn green. But in my mouse, it goes off. To know how the charge % connect the mouse via Bluetooth and you will know it. Let me know if this answers your question.

Hi bro. The mouse will glow fully while charging. Usually you will see the blue color on the scroll wheel, and even the RGB panels will glow. After charging for close to 100% it will go off. You can also use the mouse while charging.

If you're using the 2.4 ghz mode, make sure the connector is connected to the laptop. After full charge, the mouse will turn off or green color. You can check full charge by connecting the mouse in Bluetooth. It will display the full charge.

Ji, @adnank6150: The lag or latency in Bluetooth mode is around 16.6ms. This lag isn't good for gaming. But office work, casual browsing, its fine. I haven't experienced any noticable lag. I use this mouse with Macbook connected using Bluetooth.

When I tested this mouse, the avg latency for this mouse is 16.6ms. The polling rate is 120hz. (max). Avg was 112 hz. (This was in Bluetooth mode) Like the above comment mentions, its not great for FPS games. Where you need >500hz polling rate and <10ms or lower latency. Hi @mongoboy2772,: You can't know battery percentage in USB mode. If you connect the mouse via Bluetooth, you can click on the Bluetooth devices > Toad one > And this should display the battery percentage.

Good to know that Toad 23 is working for you. For me its quite the opposite. I use Toad One for office work editing etc. Its been working well so far. Toad 23 didn't work for me. Especially editing videos the lag was there. But, for gaming, is it good? I thought you may need more DPI like 4500 or so no?

So far I didn't find any lag issue. You can buy this. But like I said in the video, major con is you don't get warranty card and battery. Otherwise, it was good. And I didn't use it for Gaming. I use it for office work. So, 1200 DPI was fine. And hence no lags were there. What's the purpose you're going to use this mouse for?

B170 M170 from what I know is diffeent naming convention. So, B is for Business and M is General Mouse for normal users. So, B170 for instance comes in Black color. Whereas M171 comes in different color. The configuration were pretty much the same.

@alexphilip6004: So, when you charge the mouse, - blue light appears. After 3-4 hours, you'll see a green color on the scroll wheel - that shows charging is complete. (as per the product description). But, in my case I found that after full charge the blue light turned off. I didn't see a green light. So, in such a case, you can connect the mouse via Bluetooth and see the charge percentage. You should see a 100% full charge displayed.
